I&I Group Public Company Limited (iiG) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E-AGM), chaired by Associate Professor Assistant Professor Ake Pattaratanakun, Ph.D., Chairman of the Board, along with Mr. Somchai Mekasuvanroj, Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Budsabong Pansawadi, Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Chanoknan Thiemrat, Investor Relations Officer. The executives shared the company’s 2024 performance results and its growth plans. The meeting, held on April 29, 2025, concluded with shareholder approval for all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors.
