On January 26, 2024, the Business Analyst (BA) team, a pivotal role within iiG, organized a Solution Design Workshop aimed at applying these solutions in customer service. The event featured experienced BAs sharing their knowledge, techniques, and experiences with newer team members. The goal was to ensure the effective use of technology within client organizations, maximizing benefits and addressing their business challenges effectively.
